Staycation

Sometimes, in the US, we don’t take a vacation, where you travel to a new place, but a ‘staycation’, where you do touristy things in your town. Dalouge and I took a staycation last week. We visited a few neighborhoods that we’d never walked around before, and we stayed two nights at the Lodge at Torrey Pines. Lazy, lounge’y, luxurious–we had the perfect getaway few days. Just another reason to spend time in San Diego!!
